Your module is not being displayed because it is configured with an incompatible Module Style.
In the settings panel, change the Module Style setting to Host: Classic - 5_Registration_Banner_Only

*Soccer fields are located at the back of the park near the baseball/softball fields, Stay on the main road until it runs into the parking lot. Soccer fields will be on the right inside the large fence.
